You have the right to cancel your ticket or subscription within 7 days from the date of purchase without providing any specific reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending an email to payment-support@ticketsque.com We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be made using the PhonePe gateway, utilizing the same means of payment as you used for the purchase.
